For more than a decade we have moved refined metals, agricultural commodities, industrial machinery and finished consumer goods between buyers and sellers who would otherwise never meet — clearing the freight, financing, customs and quality-assurance layers that sit between an opportunity and a confirmed cargo.
Our edge is not a platform or an algorithm. It is a small, senior bench of traders, freight forwarders and trade-finance specialists who have priced, sourced and settled in these corridors long enough to be trusted by both the copper concentrators in Armenia and the refineries in Türkiye. Headquartered in Tbilisi with bonded warehousing at Poti and rail access through Baku-Tbilisi-Kars. Our domestic desk handles inbound machinery, outbound mineral water and wine, and transit cargo bridging Caspian crude product to Black Sea offtake.
Armenia
Copper, molybdenum & processed metals
Direct offtake agreements with concentrate producers in Syunik and Lori. We move Armenian copper and moly concentrate overland to Georgian ports and onward to smelters in Türkiye, Bulgaria and the Far East.
Türkiye
Smelting, fabrication & gateway to EU
Long-standing trading relationships with smelters in Samsun and İzmir, steel mills along the Marmara, and freight-forwarders out of İstanbul. Our İstanbul desk runs the EU-bound documentation and most of our western European invoicing.
Azerbaijan
Caspian energy & transit cargo
Baku desk for refined product, petrochemicals and oilfield equipment moving across the Caspian. We work closely with SOCAR-affiliated trading arms and operate transit cargo via the Alat free trade zone.
